Okay well here I’m just gonna post pt stuff. I’m gonna eat the right foods and quit tryin to blow everything off. I’m not looking forward to starting this new program, maybe its cause sitting all day is easier lol i dont know. anyways so i’m starting tonight my workout then i go to work then do it all again tomorrow. I’m gonna need support and if i dont post here everyday about pt that means i was lazy and didnt do it or i was lazy and dont wanna get on the pc lol. Just text me to make sure i did pt. i really wanna do this but i dont know if my mind is connecting with my heart on this one its werid.

So, how much PT did you do last night? I was pretty ill from being outside too much and getting a pretty decent sunburn and then moving too many boxes around and getting overheated while the AC was out. But I did a lot of walking yesterday, walked up and down the stairs a lot the past few days, so I’m getting there.
I’m having a lot of trouble with pt. We are running every single day at mandatory pt and its taking its toll on my knee. And i’m losing motovation as soon as this all started. so now i’m seeing a connection, but i cant figure out how to get out of it.
